Want a Casio G-Shock GA-2100 this 11.11? It is one of the most popular G-Shocks, and fans call it the "CasiOak" because of its eight-sided bezel. Because it is so popular, there are also many fake shops and "too good to be true" prices online.
In this post I'll show you the GA-2100 price in Malaysia that I saw, where to buy an original, how to spot fakes (using Casio Malaysia's own warning), and two other Casio watches if you want a square G-Shock or something cheaper.
Quick answer: The normal price of the all-black GA-2100-1A1 is RM549. On 1 Nov 2026 it was RM494.10 (10% off) at the Casio Malaysia Official Online Store on Lazada. Buy from Casio's official store, the Casio shop on Shopee, or Marco eStore (Casio's authorised distributor in Malaysia). Be careful of any "new original" GA-2100 that is far below this price.

These are the prices I saw for the all-black GA-2100-1A1 from official or authorised sellers. Please check the latest price before you buy, because 11.11 deals can change the price any day.

Where to buy an original GA-2100 in Malaysia
1. Casio Malaysia Official Online Store on Lazada
This is Casio's official store on Lazada (LazMall). On the GA-2100-1A1 page I saw:

- 4.9 stars from 306 ratings
- Store info: "Seller Ratings 98%", "Top 1 Seller for Watches", "9-Year Store"
For me, the 18-month local warranty on the page is the main reason to buy here.
2. The Casio shop on Shopee
On Shopee there is a shop simply called "Casio" (Kuala Lumpur) that sells the same models at the same normal prices as Casio's Lazada store (RM549 for the GA-2100-1A1, seen on BigGo on 1 Nov). Before you pay, check the shop name, ratings and the warranty details on the product page in your app.
3. Marco eStore
Marco Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd is Casio's authorised timepiece distributor in Malaysia. Marco eStore (mymarcostore.com) calls itself "the official online store of Casio products" in Malaysia, run by Marco Worldwide Sdn. Bhd., and says purchases are supported by the official service centre, Marco Corporation. On 1 Nov the GA-2100-1A1 was RM549.00 and "In Stock" there. Marco eStore also has a shop on Shopee.
How to spot a fake GA-2100
Casio Malaysia has a "Scammer Alert!" on its own information page. It says these websites and a Facebook page are impersonating Casio:

Casio's advice is short and clear:
- Only buy from authorized retailers.
- Check for suspiciously low prices.
- Report scams to authorities.
My own simple checks before I pay:
- Price too low? The normal price of the GA-2100-1A1 is RM549. I saw a fake-looking "Casio store" website in search results offering the GA-2100 for RM139 with "80% off". That is not a real deal. If a "100% original, brand new" GA-2100 is a lot cheaper than the official stores, ask why.
- Check the website address. Casio Malaysia's site is casio.com/my. Names like "casio-official" on a strange domain are a red flag.
- Check the warranty. Official sellers state the warranty on the page (for example, 18 months local supplier warranty on Casio's Lazada store). If a seller says "seller warranty" only, you may not get Casio's local service.
- Check the model code. GA-2100-1A1 is the all-black one. GA-2100-1A is black with white markings. Make sure the price you see is for the model you want.
- Pay inside the app. Do not pay by bank transfer to someone you met on social media.

Pros and cons
- Slim for a G-Shock: only 11.8 mm thick, and light at 51 g
- Shock resistant and 200 m water resistant
- Double LED light, so you can read both the hands and the digital screen in the dark
- Useful extras: world time, stopwatch, timer, 5 alarms
- 18 months local supplier warranty when bought from Casio's Lazada store (as shown on the page)
- No solar charging or Bluetooth. You need a battery change after about 3 years. (The GA-B2100 adds Tough Solar and smartphone link, but costs more.)
- The minute hand moves every 20 seconds, not smoothly. Some people don't like this.
- The case is 48.5 × 45.4 mm. If you have a small wrist, check the size first.
- Because it is so popular, there are many fakes. You must choose the shop carefully.
A good Christmas gift too
11.11 is a good time to buy a Christmas gift early. The GA-2100 is a safe gift for someone who likes a simple, tough watch. Marco eStore's website says watch engraving and gift wrapping services are available, so check that page if you want a personal touch.
